You write, we refund. No justification. The refund goes back to your original card, in the currency you paid; your bank shows it within 5 to 10 business days. The download link is disabled.

How to get refunded (3 steps)

1Email shopaitechsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, from the email you used to buy (or mention the date and amount). One sentence is enough: “I want a refund.”
2We won’t ask why. No form, no justification, no “did you try this”.
3The refund is issued within 2 business days to your original payment method, in the currency you paid. Your bank shows it 5 to 10 business days later (that’s the card networks’ delay, not ours). You get an email confirmation when it’s sent.

What the guarantee covers, and its two limits

It covers 100% of the amount paid, on every pack, every level.

Limit 1: one guarantee per pack per person. If you get refunded for a pack, you can buy another one; the same pack won’t be refunded twice.

Limit 2: after the refund, your download links are disabled and your licence ends. We trust you to delete the files.

After 14 days: no refund, but a defective or unreadable file is repaired or replaced with no time limit. Just write to us.

The refund covers the whole order: every pack in the order is refunded and its links are disabled.

Question before buying — tell us which business interests you and where you are (budget, time). We answer frankly, including “this pack isn’t for you”.
Lost or expired link — give the purchase email, or the date and amount. We resend the link, free.
Refund — write “I want a refund” and the purchase email. Nothing else.
File won’t open — tell us the device, the browser and, if possible, attach a screenshot.
Invoice or receipt — the Stripe receipt arrives automatically; for an invoice in your company’s name, send the name and address to print.

Educational content. No income is guaranteed: the numbers in the packs are illustrative scenarios or dated data, and your results depend on your market, your budget and your execution.
