1. Who sells

Théo Isabel, sole proprietorship doing business as “ShopAiTech”, 2, rue du Cosmos, Fermont (Québec), Canada, 581-231-5444, shopaitechsupport@gmail.com. Full details in the Legal notice.

2. What is sold

Digital guides (“packs”) delivered as HTML files: one file per level purchased, each level containing the previous one.

Each product page states the business line, the level, the language, the number of words, pages and videos measured in the file, and the last-updated date.

The content is educational: it describes a method, costs and scenarios; it is neither legal, tax or financial advice nor a promise of results.

3. Price, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and are the total price to pay.

ShopAiTech is a small supplier under Québec and Canadian sales-tax law and does not collect GST/QST; no tax is added.

No processing fee is added. For payments from outside Canada, conversion is done by your card or by Stripe at the rate shown before confirmation.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed on Stripe’s secure checkout page, with no account creation.

Before confirming, you see the product, the total price, the currency and these terms, and you can correct your order.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed; you receive an email confirmation with the product, price, date, our contact details and the refund policy.

5. Delivery

Download links are emailed within minutes of payment to the address provided: one link per delivered file.

Each link is valid for 72 hours and 5 downloads. After that, a new link is sent free on request, with no time limit as long as the service exists. Nothing is shipped by post.

6. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without justification, by email to shopaitechsupport@gmail.com, even if the file was downloaded.

The refund is issued within 2 business days to the original payment method, in the currency paid; your financial institution usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Limits: one guarantee per pack per person; after a refund, the links are disabled and the licence in section 7 ends.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act (distance contracts, s. 54.1 and following) and any applicable consumer law, and does not limit them.

Statutory right of cancellation (CPA, s. 54.8 to 54.16): independently of the guarantee, you may cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the confirmation if the information required by law was not provided before the sale or in the confirmation, or if the file was not delivered. ShopAiTech then refunds within 15 days; failing that, you may request a chargeback from your card issuer within the following 60 days.

7. Licence

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the pack on the buyer’s devices and print it for personal use.

Prohibited: publishing, sharing, reselling, renting, making it available on a network, translating or creating a derivative or competing product, using it to train an AI model.

The included prompts may be freely used in your own AI tools.

8. Updates

Updates to the same pack are provided free for 12 months after purchase, on request by email.

9. Level 3 AI assistant

Level 3 includes a “master prompt” to paste into a third-party AI assistant. The operation, pricing and terms of those services do not depend on ShopAiTech.

10. No guarantee of results

Numeric scenarios are illustrative; costs and platform rules are verified as of the date stated in the pack and may change.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShopAiTech’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the pack concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. A consumer residing in Québec keeps all remedies before Québec courts and the Office de la protection du consommateur.

14. Changes

The applicable version is the one displayed at the time of purchase; the update date is at the top of this page.

16. Creator discount

20% off every pack, offered to anyone who publishes on TikTok or Instagram a public video inviting their followers to visit shopaitech.com, buy a pack, follow @shopaitech on TikTok, then sends the link to that video by private message to the TikTok account @shopaitech.

Conditions: one public video, from a real account you own; no minimum number of followers; one code per person. The discount cannot be combined with another offer. Every compliant video earns the code: there is no selection and no ranking.

How it works: once the post is verified, within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time), a personal code to enter at checkout is sent to you by private message. You enter it on the checkout page and it applies to your order total, one pack or several; the price shown after the discount is the total price to pay (CPA, s. 224 c). The deadline to use it is stated in the message.

The video must be truthful: no income promise, no claim the pack does not deliver (Competition Act, s. 74.01). A misleading video does not earn the code.

Personal information: the account name and the video link are used only to verify the post and send the code; they are kept 12 months in the support mailbox, then deleted (Law 25).

ShopAiTech may end the promotion or change its conditions for the future; a code already sent remains valid until its deadline.
