Privacy and cookies
What we collect, why, where it’s stored, and how to have it deleted. In plain terms, as Québec’s Law 25 requires.

1. Person in charge

2. What we collect and why
Purchase email, product, amount, date, Stripe session ID: deliver the pack, issue the receipt, handle the guarantee; kept 6 years after the end of the purchase year (tax obligation).
Email given in a form and language/interest: send what was requested and, if you ticked the box, other excerpts; kept until unsubscribe or 24 months without opening.
Download tokens, counter, expiry: secure delivery and detect sharing; deleted when the link expires.
Contact form messages and creator-discount requests (account name, video link): forwarded by email to support so we can reply, never stored in a database; kept 12 months in the support mailbox, then deleted.
Visit statistics (page views, device, country): measured by Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies, aggregated, without identifying you.
3. What we don’t collect
No card data (handled by Stripe), no user account, no advertising profiling at launch.
4. Where it’s stored, who has access
Supabase database, servers in Montréal, Canada.
To operate, some data leaves Québec: Stripe (payment), Resend (email delivery, United States), Vercel (hosting, United States and global network), Google (Gmail support mailbox, United States).
These providers use your data only for the service rendered. No selling, renting or sharing for advertising.
Before entrusting information to a provider located outside Québec, we assess the privacy-related factors (Law 25, s. 17): nature of the information, purpose, contractual safeguards and the laws of the destination country.
6. Emails
We send: the purchase confirmation and links (necessary), replies to your messages, and, only if you asked by ticking an unticked box, free excerpts.
Every non-necessary email contains an unsubscribe link processed within 10 business days, and our contact details (Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation).
7. Your rights
Access your information, have it corrected, withdraw consent, request deletion (except where the law requires retention), receive a copy in a structured format.
If information about you were disseminated by this site, you may request that it stop being disseminated or be de-indexed (Law 25, s. 28.1).
Email shopaitechsupport@gmail.com; reply within 30 days, in practice within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time). You may also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
8. Incidents
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned, and record it in our register.
9. Minors
The site is intended for people 18 and over.
10. Changes
The date at the top changes with every modification; significant changes are announced by email to the people concerned.

- Question before buying — tell us which business interests you and where you are (budget, time). We answer frankly, including “this pack isn’t for you”.
- Lost or expired link — give the purchase email, or the date and amount. We resend the link, free.
- Refund — write “I want a refund” and the purchase email. Nothing else.
- File won’t open — tell us the device, the browser and, if possible, attach a screenshot.
- Invoice or receipt — the Stripe receipt arrives automatically; for an invoice in your company’s name, send the name and address to print.
Educational content. No income is guaranteed: the numbers in the packs are illustrative scenarios or dated data, and your results depend on your market, your budget and your execution.
